Orders and Shipping

We pride ourselves on processing most orders the same day they are received.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our headquarters in Pompano Beach, FL. A valid street address is required (no P.O. Boxes).

Goto My Account page and look under Register. Enter in your Email Address and then you will receive an email with a link to setup your account password. 

Login at My Account page then look on the left side for Addresses under the Dashboard.  Here you will see both Billing Address and Shipping Address. Click to edit or add. 

Login at My Account page then look on the left side for Orders. Here you will see all your orders and tracking information.

During checkout of your order you will have the option to save payment information for future orders.

We try to ship as much as possible in one package, but due to the weight of our products this is not always possible.

Returns and Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items may incur a restocking fee of not more than 20% of the item’s value. This is applied on a case-by-case basis depending on the item returned.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
