For brick and block, a soft bond turbo or segmented turbo blade cuts cleanest and fastest, which is what our Silver Bullet® line is built for in 12" through 20". For mixed material where you are cutting masonry and concrete on the same job, our Power Combo® GPS general purpose blades save you swapping blades. Pavers and hard block do better on a segmented rim.

A turbo rim has a continuous serrated edge that cuts fast and leaves a smoother edge with less chipping, which suits brick and decorative work. A segmented rim has gaps between the segments that clear debris and run cooler, so it handles deeper and dustier cuts better. Our Super Turbo blades combine the two approaches.

Yes, our masonry blades can be run dry on gas and electric saws, and we stock dedicated dry blades for dustless saws in 16.5". Dry cutting generates a lot of respirable silica, so use a dustless saw with extraction or wet the cut, and let the blade cool between long cuts.

We stock both 1" and 20 mm arbors across the Silver Bullet® range, and 1" - 5/8" on the Super Turbo blades, so the blade will fit your gas saw or masonry saw without an adapter. Order the arbor your saw takes rather than relying on a bushing.

Brick and block are abrasive but not hard, and an abrasive material wears the bond down on its own. A soft bond exposes diamond at the right rate for the material, so the blade cuts freely instead of glazing over. That is why the same blade that flies through brick will wear out quickly in hard concrete.
