Ring Saw Blades

A ring saw drives the blade around its rim rather than through a center arbor, which means there is no arbor in the way and the blade cuts far deeper for its diameter than a conventional circular blade. That is what makes it the tool for deep single-pass cuts, corner cuts and flush work where a standard saw cannot reach.

14", 16", 17" and 20", in .140", .165", .170" and .220" thickness. The 14" and 16" sizes are the common working sizes; 17" and 20" are for deeper cuts. Thickness affects both the width of the cut and how stiffly the blade tracks.

Bond is matched inversely to the material: our turbo ring saw blades come in soft bond and super soft bond for hard concrete and hard aggregate, while the standard and heavy duty blades cover general work. We also make a notched-segment Pro blade for faster penetration. Tell us the material and we will pick the bond.

Ring saw drives vary by manufacturer, and the blade has to match the drive system, not just the size. Our 17" turbo blade is for Husqvarna® machines only — it is the only 17" we make. Call us at 800-611-8278 with your saw make and model and we will confirm the correct blade before you order.

Cut wet. Water cools the blade, flushes the slurry from the cut and is essential on a rim-drive blade where the drive components run in the same debris. Let the blade do the work at a steady feed, keep it straight in the cut, and do not force a deep cut faster than the saw wants to go.
