Patterned Diamond Segments, Speed & Life: Instead of randomly dropping diamond grit into a mold, we align individual diamond crystals in a uniform grid inside a custom, serrated-shaped segment. As the segment wears, a fresh line of sharp diamonds stays exposed. The serrated edge bites immediately on contact, while the internal grid shears high-tensile steel rebar without loading up.
High-Production Performance: When standard core bits slow down or glaze on hard, rebar-heavy slabs, our soft-bond matrix continuously sheds worn layers to keep cutting. Thicker steel barrel walls handle extreme industrial torque on hydraulic rigs, so this bit stays in rotation on deep structural penetrations instead of flexing or failing under load.
